Documents Required In Delhi Polytechnic Counselling:
- Payment receipt of Online Part-payment made by candidate.
- Copy of Provisional Allotment letter
- Copy of On-line Registration Slip.

- Two latest identical Color Photographs of 7.0 cm x 5.5 cm size same as that pasted on the admit card.
- Admit Card of CET –2017 (Original).
- Proof of date of birth (Secondary School Certificate) (Original and Two self attested Photocopy).
- Certificate and Mark Sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University (Original and two self attested photocopy).
- SC / ST / Person with Disabilities/Divyang (Persons With Disability)* (Annexure-IV) /OBC certificate issued by the competent authority/ Defence Category (Annexure – VI) / Kashmiri Migrants (Annexure – VIII) / (TFW Annexure XI) / Minority Status Certificate(s)
- Conduct and Character Certificate
- Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner
- Undertaking regarding prohibition of ragging (Annexure VII)
- Transfer Certificate/School leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate.

Delhi CET Application Fees:
Candidates who were qualified in the Delhi Common Entrance Test and going to appear in the CET counselling, they need to submit the one time processing fee of Rs. 700/- (Non-refundable) + Rs 20/-bank charges + Rs 3/- ( service tax ).
Mode of Payments:
Candidates who are going to submit the Delhi CET Processing Fees, they need to check the modes of payment the processing fees which are given below:
Payment by Digital Mode: Candidates can submit their fees through Debit Card /Credit card/ Net Banking etc. and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee. After successful payment, candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Fee Receipt Page.
Payment by challan: Candidates can also submit the counseling fee of CET 2017 through e-challan. As soon as Candidates selects e-challan option, a challan will be generated mentioning the details of the candidate along with fees.
Delhi CET Counselling Procedure:
STEP 1: – SUBMISSION OF PROCESSING FEE
Candidates need to submit the application fees as mentioned above. Candidates are informed that, Payment by e-challan will take 48 hrs to authenticate,. After processing the fees, if candidates not able to gain access to online registration even after 48 hrs, then is advised to at the help desk at Ambedkar Institute of Technology / Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies, Shakarpur, Delhi 110092 on any working day between 10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M and 2.00 P.M to 4.00P.M
STEP 2: – ON LINE REGISTRATION
While doing the CET Online registration, then candidates are advised to keep the Aadhar Card Number as it is Mandatory for Online Registration and need to keep a TEST NO., CET ROLL NO and CET APPLICATION NO and DATE OF BIRTH etc. Students must have their 10th / 12th / ITI/10+2(vocational engineering) marksheet, certificate and other relevant documents/category/Sub Category certificate with them, at the time of filling their registration details and fill their personal details and marks/grades correctly. No change/correction in the data filled in at the time of registration is allowed at the time of document verification.
STEP-3:- ONLINE CHOICE SUBMISSION
After Successful Registration, Candidate will be allowed for online choice. In this process, candidates need to choose the institute according to their wish. The Candidate will be required to login using his/her CET Roll no. as login ID and Password which is produced at the time of Online Registration. Candidate is advised to give maximum number of choices in the order of preference in his/her own interest so as to have brighter chances of securing a seat. If dates of submission are goes out, then candidate cannot change choice under any circumstances.

STEP 4:- RESULT OF SEAT ALLOTMENT AND PRINTING OF
Next step of Delhi CET Counselling is seat allotment. After online choice submission, candidates can print Provisional Allotment Letter. The option of printing the Provisional Allotment Letter will be available only for the respective round; within the specified period and the record will not be available in the subsequent round of online counseling. – Unsuccessful candidates can participate in the next round of counseling (if any), however such candidates are not required to pay the Processing Fees again
STEP 5:- PART PAYMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL FEES (ONLINE)
Next step is payment of fees. Candidates are advised to ensure about the desired documents / category / sub-category certificates as per the registration detail, Before depositing the part institutional fees else the seat allotted will be cancelled at the time of document verification. Allotted Candidates have to deposit the Part Institutional Fees (ONLINE) amounting Rs 1500/- Rs 5500/- Rs. 6000/- Rs. 7000/- Rs. 8000/- as mentioned in the Provisional allotment letter strictly as per the specified date and time else he/she will lose the seat/admission as per his/her merit.
STEP 6:- VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS (COMPLETION OF ENROLMENT FORMALITIES)
Candidates should report at the allotted institute which is mentioned in the Provisional Allotment letter along with all the Essential documents for verification. If a candidate does not report as per the schedule he/she will lose the seat/admission as per his/her merit. In case of not fulfilling of eligibility criteria, non-production of essential documents during documents verification, the seat allotted will be cancelled.
STEP 7:- Freezing Of Allotted Seat after Every Round
After every round of Counseling, if students are satisfied with the seat allotted, then they do not need to participate in subsequent rounds of counseling. If the candidate does not freeze the allotted seat, the next higher preference may be allotted to him/her automatically in the next round subject to availability of seats.
STEP 8:- Payment Of Balance Institutional Fees And Confirmation Of Allotment
Successful candidates should deposit the balance Institutional fees, if any strictly as per the date and time mentioned in the counseling schedule else the seat allotted will be cancelled. After depositing the balance Institutional Fees (ONLINE) candidates can download a Final allotment letter.
The Second/Third/Fourth counseling will be held as per the schedule displayed on the counseling for all categories/programme and the seats will be allotted strictly on the basis of inter-se-merit of the qualified candidates. In this counseling, even those candidates, who were absent in the previous counseling, will also be permitted to attend the counseling for the resultant vacancies. If candidates made processing fees earlier then they are not required to pay the Processing Fee again.
SPOT ROUND (IF ANY)
- Candidates who have successfully done Online Registration during 1st,2nd,3rd or 4th round of counseling but are not admitted after completion of all Four Rounds are eligible to give ONLINE WILLINGNESS to participate in Spot Round for admission on vacant seat (If any).
- There will be no Fresh Registration during Spot Round.
- Candidates have to bring essential documents (along with Demand Draft of Rs 6000/- in favour of DKDF, Delhi at the time of admission during spot round. Balance amount of Fees is to be paid in the concerned Institute of Technology/Polytechnic within three working days from date of admission. Otherwise admission will be cancelled, for which department will not be responsible.
- Payment through cheque/cash will not be accepted under any circumstances and The Demand Draft submitted will not be refunded under any circumstances for the admissions taken during Spot round.
- The seats will be allotted strictly on the basis of inter-se merit of the qualified candidates.
